I joined a few groups on meetup.com that have frequent small dog meet ups in the city. The groups I joined are Yorkie Nation (that is the one Erika is an organizer of), The NYC Small Dog Playgroup and Lower Manhattan Small Dog Meet-up Group. They email you as events come up. Hope that helps!
