about how long exactly? and how easily?... i dont even recall getting injured in the first place
i hate medical stuff, i was reading up on it online a bit and i was not surprised to find out that it can be brought on by arthritis (which i have a particularly nasty form of... really bad).... i dont have hot packs... or cold packs... how about frozen food and hot water soak?????
