Mhmmmm. I wish I could help. You can try allowing the shampoo to penetrate her coat and skin. I usually comb the shampoo and conditioner into Amara's coat so that her skin and coat is soothed. But I'm not sure .I'm just a newbie. Maybe someone else can help.
