When Elvis had his first seizure I didn't know exactly where the emergency vet clinic even was,I just knew we were going there immediately.
We needed to get help (yes I'm the person who momentarily wanted to dial 9-1-1 and have an ambulance come to save my dog-but realized I'd need to take my dog to help) I couldn't reach my own vet (it was after hours and yes we no longer go there) I kind if knew the turn off towards the shopping center where the new ER vet was located...off we went out the door!
I had two different flip flops on (we kept our shoes in the closet by front door and only wore slippers in the house) my poor son didn't even have shoes on...we literally flew out the door I had Elvis in my arms wrapped in a towel my son on my back-I did however have my purse thrown over my shoulders with my wallet and cell phone in it thankfully.
