I can see like you are at the pump you leave your kid in the vehicle, of course you lock it and keep your eye on it at all times, and run in and pay inside-if you cannot pay at the pump.
She couldn't carry both of them-yeah right-a real mother would have crawled out of a car accident with two broken legs and carried both her children to get help 2 miles away...
Or had a stroller, a carrier both in the vehicle, or at least woken them up alternated carrying them.
I'm not sure he was ever in the car.
