I do buy my dogs clothes though. I buy a lot from ross. I only buy from Petco & PetSmart when things are on sale because otherwise they're super overpriced. I also buy from Amazon, PX, and sometimes Wal-Mart. There is a boutique here that sells the cutest and nicest clothes dirt cleap. Love going there! I've never checked out TJMaxx though. I'm going to have to look when I get paid.
