Kiwi also had two rows of top teeth as well, it was pretty freaky! Our vet warned us it was common for yorkies to not loose all of their teeth and thats why my husb took up the habbit of checking them/wiggling them. They do all fall out slowly as the new teeth grow in, it took a few weeks but everntually they did all fall out and he didn't need to have any pulled
