oh this story gets worse. I wrote the correct address on the slip, my ups wrote a different address, miami driver said no such address so delivered it to where he thought it was! yes they scan for each delivery, and believe it or not yesterday was the first day they did that, but I cant prove the address that the package was delivered actually got the package!
