Kewpie is another awesome mayo, it's a japanese mayo. got a totally different taste to it.
As far as being an "off" brand, I felt the same about Sweet Baby Rays bbq sauce. It's really cheap and on the lower shelves, but it is SO good, I won't eat any other sauce now.
I do love fries with mayo though, it is a once in a long time treat for me.  |
Since Duke's is less expensive than our beloved Hellmanns, I'm going to give it a try. I'll report back with the verdict.
OH I LOVE Sweet Baby Rays - I dip seasoned fries and potato chips in it.
