I've never smoked...so I can't give you any "Hints from Heloise"...but I do know you've made the BEST decision to quit...everyone deserve a long, happy life! I only wish my brother had made the decision...he died at age 39 of a smoking related heart attack...on Mothers Day in front of his wife and daughter...and my whole family. Anytime you want to light up...just think of what you and your family would be losing...is it worth it?
