I don't know when she was manufactured other than she's of the 1958 sculpture of Neil Estern. I really don't know how long manufacturers produced this doll - have to get into my books and see if I can find out. She's definitely got the fatter face, and I think that's just a mold issue. Each manufacturer's mold came out just ever so slightly different than the next and the paint job, hair placement and setting affected the final look so much. I was really lucky to find this one.
