Unfortunately from what I've seen in the PETA videos, some of the cows that are used for meat are so sick you would be afraid to go near them (or so thats what they show in some of the videos). It's so sad, when I see them in that condition, I want to bring them home. It's not just cows either, when I go to the horse auctions, I see other animals in poor sickly condition like sheep & pigs. It's horrible and quite gross to see how the animals look that end up on our plate.
