Just keep an eye on her and if the vomiting worsens and continues she needs tp see a vet. Now mine might have an off day where there stomach is upset and they may vomit once or twice and I dont take them to a vet. If its all day continual and alot though I will make a vet appt because I worry about dehydration and with yorkies you have to worry about pancreatis which can be life threatening. She is a tiny pup though and you have to be watching her very closely because she could dehydrate alot easier than an adult dog. One time when my Chachi was a pup he had diahrea for like a day and I took him to the vet the next day like aT noon and they had to inject him with fluids because he was showing signs of dehydration so thats how quickly it can happen with a small pup. If you can give her some pedialyte that will restore her electrolytes a little bit
