Lost our minds? We are not the ones taking the time to get online and start a thread about an event which is clearly a medical emergency and as such requires immediate professional evaluation. Not seeking medical treatment for a infant/child suffering the same fate would in most states result in child protective services involvement. Most of us consider our furkids our children, but perhaps you are one that views them as "just a dog." The owner's behavior following the accident is clearly lacking and negligent, IN MY OPINION.
And reply #27, you were judgmental about, was a straight shooter giving a non-sugar-coated response. This is a public forum compromised of many members from many walks of life, around the globe, with various personal experiences and education/knowledge. If you only want responses of those to your liking, maybe stick to asking a friend, not the general public whose responses will be varied and not always what you want to hear.
