You're kidding right When someone comes to an online forum after their puppy falls from their arms, hits hardwood floor, cannot move their back legs as well as other symptoms that were mentioned and EVERYONE says take her to a vet ASAP it's called advice~plain and simple. There must have been a reason the the OPer felt compelled to search for assistance and I be left to assume there was concern after the puppy fell. Obviously you have a much different perspective of straight forward advice than every other member who posted on this thread.

To the OPer.....how is your little one this morning? Did you go to the ER vet as suggested by everyone? Please update
