Amara needs to be seen by a vet immediately for possibly internal injuries or broken bones. Dog bites need to be taken care of with an antibiotic and any puncture wounds need to be addressed as well. If she has a puncture in her chest she could have a Pneumothorax. Please get your little one medical help NOW
