No question about what you have to do, take your little baby to the vet for a full checkup for possible neuro, ortho or internal injuries. There could be a fractured vertebra or something that is slowly working its way to a vital area, a brain trauma or so many other similar situations that you cannot afford to do less than have a professional check him out thorougly.
