We too have lost two very special yorkies one at 13 years old and another at 3 years old. You can never replace them that is for sure I miss each of them so much. My husband to is very attached to our babies. He did not want another after the first one passed said it was to hard to lose them. We went a month without a small dog hardest month of my life. You will give another lucky dog a great home. You will always have the amazing memories. But the laughter and smiles a new one will bring to your lives really helped me..
Rip your little one they all will be waiting for us someday....
