 4yr old pooing in the night, help!!
Hi everyone,
I have a small Yorkie who is 4 years old, called Daniel, who has started going downstairs in the night and pooing on the kitchen carpet. He wee's sometimes too inside the house and my carpet is getting stained and the stains won't come out no matter what I do. I always let him out before we go up to bed. Daniel has a bed on the floor in my bedroom but I think maybe he should go in his crate at night.
I always let him out before I go out, sometimes I'm only gone for an hour and he messes. He doesn't like going outside much, especially if its cold or wet. He would rather do his mess on the door matt instead of going outside.
I have a crate for him for when I am at work, but he messes in there too. I would love any suggestions of what I should do or where I am going wrong, Many thanks, Becky and Daniel x |
