I want to let you know that my heart is breaking for you and your family. I cannot imagine how you are feeling right now as I cannot stop crying myself. I will pray that you will have some comfort and be able to grieve for your sweet little Charlie. I know it won't bring him back, but the owners of the dog that attacked Charlie should be held accountable for his actions. At the very least they should pay for the vet bill and I can't imagine that they would be allowed to let their dog run free after such a vicious attack.
I hope in time you are able to remember Charlie for the love he provided you and your family and for the images of the attack to fade from your memory. You are in my prayers. RIP sweet Charlie |
