 Possible show dog?
I am wondering if my little Amber is show quality. I am taking her tomorrow to the owner of the father who was an AKC judge and have her looked at. After that I will take her to another judge and have her checked out again. Can't hurt to have 2 opinions, right? But in the mean time I was wondering what you look for in an 8-9 wk old pup. She has straight feet, straight teeth, is a slight bit long in the body, but looks pretty square. She has the bear face but it's her hair, I think her muzzle is the right length for her face and her ears seem to me to be where they are supposed to be. Anything else I should look for? Sylvia |
