The hat was completely from scratch, but the guns I painted and modified. The corset was made from vintage military spats that I put in corset boning, so the canvas was very hard and thick so worked perfectly as a corset. I also made the bustle skirt, but that came out huge and I have not idea what happened! Oh well, the corset on top held it on. I also made the cuff on my left arm.

BF made his costume as well, and he's not a crafty person. He followed a website that shows you how to make the Bordertown guard costumes as well as any other costume from the Mad Max movies. But I did have to help him sew on the feathers And that's a wig he's wearing.
