I am trying to help an elderly neighbor find something to remove a large dried potty stain from her carpet. The carpet is beige and the potty stain is very large (about 12 inches around) made by a Boxer. It has been dried in the carpet for some time. I plan to get her any product that might work for this but I don't know if there is anything. There is also a bad musty dog smell in her house so I need to try to get that out too. There are probably more stains that she doesn't know about.

Can anyone help? If the stain can't be removed I suggested that she get a throw rug to cover it because she is very upset about the stain.
