I would suggest you might want to name your Club Biewer Terrier Club of America rather than Biewer Yorkshire Terrier Club of America. You may be stepping very hard on the toes of the YTCA the parent club of the Yorkshire Terrier.
As I recall from the development of the breed, they were developed from the German breeders taking Yorkies with more and more white in the blazes and breeding them allegedly producing the tricolour calling them Biewers.
The Biewer therefore, has been developed from more selection of incorrect colouring of the YOrkie, which is supposed to be blue and tan by breed standard.
No parent club of any purebred breed of any sort is going to sit idle while someone is trying to create a recognition of a new breed based on the incorrect colouring of the current breed doing an offshoot of the name of that recognized breed.
Just my opinion.
