Now for myself, my Uni who is a girl, humps her beds. She's always done this, with all her beds, and once with her dragon toy after she killed it. I believe it is a dominance thing. She has never humped a person or another dog. I continue to let her do it.
I don't mind people agreeing and disagreeing. There were a lot of informative posts on this thread with people who agreed that it's ok to let a dog hump a toy and some who believe humping should stop altogether. I just get annoyed with posts that don't even help the thread at hand but simply serve to insult the thread starter. Ugh hate those kind of people! Thanks for your advice though! It's really appreciated! I'm definitely going to take my hand away. Might replace it with a toy, might not. Haven't decided yet.
