Now those were some real fish stories, if I've ever read one!. I never imagined that the fish hanging on walls were fake. Or that people really ate 700 lb. marlins! I have had an education.
BUT back to BBQ. My favorite place is Shanes and a little local place called the log cabin. They both smoke their meats over wood and serve their own sauces separately. Baked beans and coleslaw are a must. |
