Hey guys! How did you get your Yorkie to accept the topknot? Katie Scarlett will sit still long enough for me to put a clip in, but I could never see her sitting still long enough for a band. How do I show her that the topknot is a good thing? LOL. She doesn't like treats, or any that we have tried so far. As soon as she gets the topknot in, she is rubbing up against stuff to get it out. I try to keep her busy so she doesn't have time to get it out, but eventually, she keeps on trying to get it out. She's managed to get it out twice and I always go over and pick up the clip before she has time to put it in her mouth. Her hair on the top of her head is getting really long. Should I just get the hair up there cut of when her grooming comes up or what should I do? Should I just keep trying or wait and try when she is older? I make sure the knot is not too tight or pulling on her. I think she just wants to protest. LOL. I really want her to wear a topknot, but I am worried I'll never get her to. Any help????
