I am working with the same problem, thankfully even though she shivers she just hurrys faster to get her deed done so she can come back in and get some warm snuggles! I just ordered her some fleece botties to help keep her feet warm once snow flys. Right now I am making her fleece coats cause she's so small for store baught ones. Switching form pee pads and outside might be a little confusing to her. I was going to pee pad train Violet then once she gets it down train her to go outside too, so when we are home we can take her outside, but if we arnt home I would like to know she has a safe place to potty.
