www.heidiandcompany.com. website doesn't have the best pics and you have to email her to find out about ordering but she'll get right back to you. 4-pound jillie wears 3xs and 10-pound Eddie wears 2xs. They seem like they'd be easy to make. The thing I like best about them is they use an elastic strap to secure the velcro.
