I can not stand it when the hair is in my babies eyes, but I can not figure out what angel to cut the eye hairs (in the corner of the eye) to make it look best. Sometime when I do it it turns out looking choppy and unprofessional. Please help !

So how do you all do it and should I be using scissors or clippers when I do it?
