I think as long as you have the same furniture (most of it anyway), and other belongings, along with their normal stuff, they will do just fine. It would be good if someone were home with them most of the time at first too so they don't feel abandoned. They will quickly learn this is home and everything will be ok. We moved from Nebraska to Texas just over a year ago and went through about the same thing. We lived in that house for a year and then just moved a month ago to a new home here. Good luck to you all.
