Wow, congrats on the new job! I guess just try to minimize their stress by keeping their stuff the same as much as you can. Their beds, bowls, food etc. You might want to switch to bottled water before the move so they can adjust and keep using that after the move. I think the most important thing will be the 'vibes' you will be giving off, so try to keep yourself as calm as possible. They will adjust and be happy as long as they have their family.
