I am so sick to death of irresponsible dog owners and the dogs paying the ultimate price for their owners carelessness. It is just disgusting, why aren't the owners held responsible? They said this dog has "attacked" before...seriously??? Why then were you careless enough to let the baby crawl around him much less while the food bowl is down???
