It's impossible for a dog less than 6 months of age to be too fat, your dog will just be a little larger than some, and probably be around 10-12 pounds or so, but people who have larger Yorkies really love their mellower personalities. Many breeders suggest free feeding which means having food available all of the time the first 6 months. They go through spurts and some days want to eat everything, and other days seem to have lost their appetite, and it's best to let them decide how much food to eat. Bella is a beauty!
