Sometimes when their nails are cut by a groomer, they don't take the extra little time to "file" the rough edges and can cause cuts and scratches when they itch, which they sometimes do after a bath if the shampoo strips all the oils and leaves the skin very dry.
Check her nails, file them, and if this scratch gets any worse, then have it checked out. In the meantime, put some peroxide then a little bacitracin ointment (sold in any drug store) which will take out any infection that may be in there. Hope this goes away real soon. Keep us updated.
