Nothing yet today, but forgot to check in yesterday. Yesterday I was pretty hung over from Halloween. I got pulled over by the cops (before we got to the festivities, and got away with a warning, phew!). And twisted my ankle, when I got home! And hardly ate anything on Halloween day. So yesterday lunch had my go to meal, huitlacoche and grilled shrimp tacos. Then nothing until late last night had some shrimp pot stickers, about 10 of them, with some kim chi and chinese pickled mustard greens.
