haha I have a glass cooktop, I use regular pots & pans.... however my inlaws have a glass top stove and they went and bought a whole new set of cookware for their stove. My glass top probably does not look as nice as thiers, but even with my pots & pans (I have very expensive Caphalon pots & pans so I was not getting rid of them bc of the stovetop) the food still cooks fine... the top of the stove gets minimally scratched a bit more probably and the things that boil over don't come off for months!
