|  Sounds like animal cruelty to me..??!!
This is really sad and may all these 16 babies rest in peace. They were housed in a 20 x 20 shed used as a kennel -- one can only imagine the health/sanitary conditions -- and perished in a fire. Sixteen dogs die in shed fire in Greenburgh | The Journal News | LoHud.com | LoHud.com
