My two are pretty tough too, but they do seem to have a preference.

Both have been Microchiped and had other inoculations in their shoulders area, and didn't even blink an eye.

The only time that they have even reacted, and that was only that they turned and looked as they felt the injection, was in their butts. They didn't whimper or anything, just looked around quickly.

Though I take both of mine to the Vet at the same time, they are on different schedules with their shots. This time they both felt yucky for a day or so, I don't suppose there's any way to get around that.

I've tried separating some shots out to different visits, but, that doesn't seem to work.
