I've never heard of girls doing No-Shave November...and I've mostly just heard of it in the realm of facial hair for men. My brother's done it, and I knew a lot of guys in college who did it as well. What I've heard of sounds a little more casual - no weekly photos or anything, just basically a guy not shaving his facial hair for a month.
