Is the cost reasonable ? Yes, AKC pet quality Yorkie here in Fl. go for around $800. Other YT members that live in Texas may know what pet Yorkies are routinely sold for.
Is it a mixed breed ? I can not answer that, but she said she has DNA test results. You can ask for a copy.
I think the puppy is adorable.
