My 26 year old DD was diagnosed last year with RA. She had a bad flare up last December and they put her on Humera. She did ok for awhile but has had another worse fare up. She has had her left knee drained 5 times in 3 weeks. She had 90 cc's drained a week ago Monday and then over the weekend her knee swelled up again. She went to the rheumatologist again yesterday morning and had 100 cc's drained and a new Rx for an anti inflammatory. I went to pick it up for her and when I dropped it off in the early afternoon her knee had swollen back up. Her doctor told her to come right in and she drained 60 more cc's. Today her knee is swollen and she said it feels weird. They can't figure out what is going on. They sent the fluid to the lab and are scheduling her for an Xray and MRI. I feel so bad for her. It really impacts her life. She can't do things normal young people can do. She never complains but is getting pretty upset now. So if you could keep her in your prayers along with my DH we would so appreciate it. Thanks
