I see he isn't too impressed with swimming yet.
I think it's good that they get to learn about water and to swim while they are puppies so they can get used to it and not be afraid. I think my girls would grow cat claws and scream bloody murder if they were put or fell in a pool of water. I tried them with a baby pool on the hottest days, putting them in (only up to their bellies) only to have them fly out like their butts were on fire. So sad.
