Zoe wears a breakaway cat collar, except when she's in her crate. They're not available in lots of cute styles and colors, though. I use the breakaway so she doesn't get caught on something, but still has the I.D. on her tag. (Plus, I keep a bell on her...so she's doesn't go "stealth" on us, since she's so little.) She also has a microchip.
