Are you sure he didn't get a bigger piece? One lick shouldn't cause anything to happen unless it's an extremely sensitive pup (which could be the case)...or stress, etc... Sounds like he'll be fine, but didn't you just get him through a ton of intestinal stuff? Are these the same symptoms? Did the vet ever get to the bottom of what is going on with him? Seems he is awfully young to have issues that recur this often unless he keeps getting into things..
