Hi everyone!! Mack had a good night...Slept on his favorite pillow (a past GE gift from Linda44 to Bevo that he claimed!!) right beside my head. I bet I woke up a million times to look at him and make sure he was ok and breathing! I teared up as I went to bed last night and told my husband that I was so thankful, because I was so scared that Id never have Mack next to me at night again....
He is still very weak. He will eat a small bite of his RX food every 30 min to an hour, but just isn't interested in water. The vet said the food is 70% water though, so as long as he will eat he should stay hydrated. I'm going to make some chicken broth here in a bit and see if that will interest him....He is so frail, and I can feel every bone in his little body....Day by day, he will get stronger.
