I asked this Shelter worker what she meant by that and she said they've added two more days (till she is euthanized) since being there from the 29th...because NOBODY has bothered to come for her...owner or rescue! 
Had to leave a message with their Adoption Coordinator to call me back  ...and will update you all as soon as I hear back from her.
I am about 100 miles away from where she is located so, I'm hoping we can get her and into a foster home ASAP!
Praying we can get this lil' girl...my heart is just aching for her...not to mention how uncomfortable she looks right now!
Linda you are just like me...I see right into those eyes and can already envision the little treasure she will be once healed!
