Even though you feel it is not due to her being cold, I would still try putting on a sweater and then wrapping her in a soft fleece blanket and cuddling her until she stops shivering - (no, not for an hour!! Ha ha) she should warm up quickly if cold is the issue. Does she look frightened? I know that Tootsy gets a scared 'look' in her eyes if she is frightened. Failing this, I would get the vet to check her out, as pain causes them to shiver and you would, I am sure, be upset to find out she had been in pain and you had not taken her for a check up.
