I have seen my dogs shiver from fear of something. My dogs also get cold and when they are cold will go and lay right in front of the heat vent. I have seen them shiver from being cold but for 20 min seems a bit much.

If you feel that it is due from her being cold try putting her bed as close to the heat vent as possible. Do what ever it takes to make her feel safe and comfortable!
