I know alot of little dogs who shake inside a house from being cold. My boss has a chihuahua who even with a sweater still shakes from being cold all the time. Until she is wrapped in ur sweater or in a blanket. And our yorkie has been known to shake from cold inside out house as well.
I do agree it can be from many other causes as well. But i certainly wouldnt rule out it being cold.
